a.我們會選擇在旺角以零售方式開業, 因為旺角不但人多之外, 年齡 18-25歲左右的男士, 也會習慣在旺角消費, 因為旺角有很多為年輕人而設的品牌, 我們公司所做的衣服以色彩繽紛為主, 所以都會吸引到很多年輕的男士, 另外, 我們公司的目標客人, 大約一半是旅客, 一半是本地人,
b.本地人重要客戶群: 20-30歲出來工作人士/ 愛打扮既白領/ 學生 等等. 因為公司的產品價錢都類同 2%/ Chocolate/ I.t, 所以本地客人不用高收入和社會階層不用很高, 都可以付膽到.
c.旅客重要客戶群: 旅客也我們一個很重要的客戶群, 相信大約40% 都是由國內來消費, 而另外 10% 會是外國遊客. 而旺角也必定是他們的一個境點!
d.我們公司的位置會考慮在旺角西洋菜街 開業, 因為這是旺角人流的集中地.
e.Promotion: 可以選購夠HKD$2000加入會員, 會員有購物優惠
f.廣告: 我們公司會選用兩間雜誌去做宣傳,分別係 milk 和Touch, 因為兩本雜誌都是為年輕人而設的, 內容都多數介紹最新潮流服裝, 在每一個星期都會有新的出版, 所以我們公司會試 6月個在這兩本雜誌做宣傳, 再看看結果.
g.我們會把招牌廣告安裝在旺角去宣傳. 而廣告的形象方面, 會選用好動, 色彩繽紛有活力 和誇張的手法.

a.We will set up our retail shop in Mongkok. It is because Mongkok has much people traffic, and male customers of ages 18 to 25 are generally shoppers there. The shops in Mongkok are generally young lines. Our shop's primary clothings are being colourful, so it will attract young men. In addition, our target cutomers mix composes of about half by tourists and half by locals.
b. Key local customers: 20-30 year-old working class/nice dresser white collar workers/students, etc. Similar line of products as 2%/Chocolate/I.T.. Affortable to locals of medium income and mid social status.
c. Key tourist customers: Tourists are one of our cutomer base, about 40% will be from Mainland China, another 10% will be of foreign countries. Mongkok is a must-visit place for them.
d. Our shop will be located at Sai Yeung Choi Street. This is where the shoppers concentrated.
e. Promotion: For purchase value total HKD2,000 will be eligible for a membership which has a fixed discount for future purchases.
f. Advertising: Our shop will be adverstised in two magazine, milk and Touch. It is because these two youth magazines have contents on trendy fashion and it is published weekly. Our initial advertisment package on these two magazine will last for 6 months, then we can evaluate the outcome.
g. We will install advertisment board in Mongkok. The image of the board will show active, colourful and with exaggeration styles.
