Getting an Arkansas Driver's License?

My sister is getting a driver's license from the state of Arkansas in a day or two. She's taking the driving portion of the test. How many "points" does she need to pass, and what are some hints to help her pass?

study, please!!!! I would be worried to know that you passed your test because of "hints" on the internet. Boy am I glad I don't have to drive in Arkansas.
