    depends on the age - assuming less than 13-14yrs old

    Oji-san or jiji

    with a lot of respect, bowing and being very polite

    green tea called Oh-cha

    almost nothing. Little kids are adored in Japan and can probably get away with anything. Still, this does not mean that the parents should let them run wild. Respect to their elders is taught from an early age

    Oh-jii-chan, Jii-ji, Jii-chan etc.

    how does a little girl treat her grandparents?

    It depends. Mostly she treats well enough though.

    Hot Green tea is common.

    No proper wording(KEIGO) to communicate with elders.
