When typing a letter where you type the person's name and address, which goes on top of the other?
When I type a letter I put my name and address on top and the person I am mailing it too below that. The thing is when I go to type the envelope then my name goes into the send to part of the envelope. So I end up typing the whole thing again, on the envelope that is. What is the correct form to use? Thank you.

Hi Thomas when you put the persons name and address at the top if you go into list envelopes it usually finds the address the person you're sending it to and then you can print it on the envelope you will see this when you'll continue you can choose if you want where you want the address and then you can put a return address on the back or front on the other side of the envelope.
I hope this has been of help to you it takes me a bit of time to, I remember the more often I do it. When I haven't done it for a while I forget how to do it.Then doing it I remember how to do it again. You will as well if you keep trying, you will get it in the end,
