Which is the best investment option my 401K offers?

I am 33 years old looking for investment advice. Ideal retirement age is 60. Currently have 25K in my 401 between 7 different funds. Retirement calculator indicates I will need 2 million dollars at age 60 to replace 80% of my income. Below are my companies investment options. Update: With regards to the fund manager, I work for an insurance company, but login through Wachovia to mange my allocations, review balances, etc. My current allocation model is 30% Europacific, 30% Vangaurd mid cap, 30% Vangaurd small-cap, 10% dodge&cox income.
