While I dont know about all the bible stuff, I will say that in some instances I think that women are placed on a pedestal of sorts. I hate the fact that we live in a country where a woman can cry rape, without any proof, (sometimes out of anger at a man) and POOF, he goes to jail HARDLY any questions asked. That area should be a better thought out plan. I also think that is a woman wants equl pay, they need to do equal work. In my field I see many women working alongside of me, and thats great, as long as you can do your job. (I'm an LEO). If your capable, than more power to you, I'll give you whatever respect you deserve. However, I have worked with MANY woman who are about 110 lbs and 5'1" tall. I'm sorry, and no offense, but if I go to a high stress call where I know I'm gonna have to go hands on with a BIG guy, or girl..I would rather have somebody by my side that I absolutly KNOW I dont have to worry about. I just do not trust a girl that can easily be thrown around like a rag doll. I used to be a mechance as well, and it also seemed like every women we hired simply could not cut it, we worked on semi trucks so its very heavy, dirty, nasty work..very few woman can handle that, some can, but not many. I do think women are worthy in the workforce, and the days of a "housewife" are over, but if you want to sit behind a desk looking pretty with your nails polished, dont complain about not making good top pay, go out and get a manual labor job. I have more respect for a man who goes out and gets his hands dirty, than a woman who works in a cubicle. Just seems more like "work" to me.
