my daughter is upset with her father what to do?

    Remind her, she's the child, he's the parent. She has to deal with respecting him.

    Get used to it and leave it alone. Part of growing up is learning how best to deal with other people, including parents and children. Your daughter needs to learn that life isn't perfect and she is not going to have her way all the time. She needs to learn to deal with fallible parents and how to smooth things over when there's a disagreement. Her dad is going to have to learn how to deal with his daughter in a fair manner without surrendering his parental guidance, without alienating his child while standing firm on the limits set by the family. They have to work it out between them. Your turn will come in time.
