1957 US Quarter mint mark issue?

i have a '57 quarter and i looked online to see where the mint mark for that coin should be and i can not find it anywhere! and i have 2 of these coins! can someone PLEASE HELP ME OUT?! also if u email me ill take pics of them and send them to you.

    It's right under the eagle on the reverse. If there's no mint mark, it's from Philadelphia. The P mint mark was not used on US coins, except for the 1942-45 war nickel issue, until 1979, when they were used on the Anthony dollar. The P was added to the other coins except the cent in 1980. Lincoln cents from Philadelphia still have no mint mark.

    The mint mark if one, would be on the eagle side near the bottom under the wreath. The P mint mark for the Philadelphia mint was not put onto quarters until 1980 so if no mint mark it is a Philly coin

    It's usually under the date. If you can't find it, it's more than possible that it doesn't have a mint mark. A lot of my older American coins don't.
