    Sinatra made the song famous, but it was actually written by Paul Anka.

    But to answer your question, both Caesar and Sinatra, living in different centuries and on different

    continents, rose to the top of their professions by a combination of talent, charisma, and sheer force of will. Neither had much respect for arbitrary rules imposed by others.
