Are these symptoms of MS or any disease of that sort?

I feel weakness in my legs, fatigue, and a bit of weakness in the arms when i use it for strenuous work. Also i tend to get tired a bit fast though im pretty strong. Sometimes i also am at loss of words or more commonly i tend to say an incorrect word in place of some other word i wanted to use.

the weakness in my legs is not always present. But it comes suddenly every now and then, when i get up after sitting for some time. also i used to get blurred vision sometimes earlier though i dont get them anymore.

is this MS or anything else of that sort?

diabetes causes fatigue.

avoid sugar.
