personality development is very necessary in school level because school level is the base our education and personality.in this level which thing we learn that effect our whole life.if we learn at this what is personality?how we can develop it? than we we face the people .we participate actively in any activity.which build our confidence.if we not develop our personality at school level, than we face many problems in university level and also in our social life.we cannot communicate other confidently and not tell own point of view..
