Canada does not have a President.

The current (temporary;as long as he hold power) leader of the country, who is called the Prime Minister, is Stephen Harper.

However if your referring to the non political long term leader, it is Queen Elizabeth II, who is the Queen of Canada.

There's not a president, but there is a Prime Minister (like Britain). The current Prime Minister is Stephen Harper.
