What's that movie where a guy kidnaps a woman in his car and she ends up falling in love with him?

I think this movie was made during the 80s/90s. They were in (I think) a sports car, and this guy kidnaps a woman. Almost the entire movie takes place with them in this car conversing while he's driving away from the police who are chasing him down. Anyone have any idea? Thanks.
