You will be charged with Article 92, UCMJ, Failure to Obey a Lawful Order or Regulation, and if you get snotty about it, Insubordinate Conduct Toward a Non-commissioned or Petty Officer, Article 91, UCMJ.
Generally, non-judicial punishment will be given to you, which will result in a fine, reduction in rank (unless you are already at the bottom), extra duty, restriction to the barracks, and possibly correctional custody.
Then, after all that has been done, they will begin separation proceedings under AR 635-200, which will often result in a General, Under Other than Honorable Conditions discharge, which can haunt you the rest of your life. (And while waiting for said discharge, you get to do all the crappy details that need to be done, such as mowing lawns, picking up trash, CQ runner, etc. It won't be pleasant. And by the time they get done with you, you could have graduated Basic Training in an honorable way.)
