How to get a ePSXe working on windows 7?

Question

Can some one please tell me how to set this up? Every way i try i just keep getting ePSXe has stopped working. Or can some one upload their working version for me please?

Okay I set my epsxe up a while ago but its running fine on my x64 bit windows 7 so I'll post my config and hope you can figure out the difference from there?

Version number: 1.7.0
Bios: scph1001.bin
VideoPlugin: Pete's OpenGL driver 1.77
Video config: 640x480 32bit colour texture quality: dont care (use default) Texture filtering: 0 None
Hi-res textures: 0 (none) gfx vram: 32mbytes
Framerate: Framerate is all unchecked and set to auto-detect
Compatability: off-screen drawing: 2 (standard) Framebuffer: 1 (black) Framebuffer access: 0
Alpha multipass is ticked the others not
Misc: unlimited framebuffer is ticked, force 15 bit framebuffer updates is ticked the rest not
