Does anyone know how to say "抓猴" in English?
Definition: If you caught someone cheating on his lover, the action is called "抓猴".

但是有點點修正意見說明如下 :
1. adulter 在英文用法是當動詞. (http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/adulter)
2. 名詞用法則有adulterer(通姦者) 或 adultery(通姦;通姦行為)
3. 所以 "抓猴" 英文為
to catch the adultery on the spot
to catch the adulterer on the spot
或者更直接說 " on the bed", Ha! ^^ (抓姦在床)

要向您再次解釋的緣由是因為catch是當及物動詞所以後面必須接受詞, adulter or adulters都是當動詞, 因此, 不能用來當受詞用.

抓猴正確的寫法為掠猴。
掠猴：掠，抓也。民間有一種說法，猴子好淫，公猴母猴之間常有偷偷摸摸行為，男女之間的婚外情如同猴子的淫亂一般，因此，抓猴，就是抓姦的意思。坊間一家徵信公司以「抓猴」二字為廣告訴求，配上一個滿臉猴腮、鬼鬼祟祟的男子，非常傳神地表達了徵信公司承辦的業務：刺探隱情。
因此以後坊間掠猴等於抓姦的代名詞。

因為抓姦與通姦不同
『姦』字，意謂：男女不正當的性關係。
『通姦』指男女一方或雙方已有配偶，且婚姻關係存續中為前提條件，而與配偶以外的人發生性行為的意思。英文稱為Adultery，是源自拉丁文的adulterium，有損壞名譽之意。
