Need help in brownie mix?
I have a betty crocker fudge brownie mix. It calls for 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, 2 tbsp of water, and 1 egg.
Would adding another egg to the recipe make these brownies thicker?

Adding an extra egg to your brownie mix should make your brownies more cake like than fuggy. I found a good German Chocolate Brownie recipe here along with some other creative brownie recipes. http://www.easycookrecipes.com/fun-desserts/german...

Adding an egg would make them a bit fluffier. Look at the directions for the Cake Like variation, for instance. For thicker brownies, try using yogurt or milk, or sour cream or half and half instead of the water.
