Yes, mine blooms at least twice a year, most often in March or April, then usually again in September. There is a trick to getting it to bloom:
When it is not blooming you have it lie dormant in a cool area with low light. Once it starts to get warmer, you bring it outside or put it into a warmer area with higher light (make sure it is not going to fry in the sun) to set the buds. I live in FL, and it starts to warm up more in March and April after the December - February cold spell, and during the summer I bring my cactus inside where it is air conditioned, then move it back out when it starts to cool, which explains the bloom times. Does this sound like the conditions you're keeping yours in? Either way, it's doing well and congrats on a healthy, blooming Cactus! Most people end up killing theirs, lol.
