In an FHA appraisal, if the home appraises for more than the sales price, will I not be required to fix things?
3x3 piece of plaster has fallen from the ceiling in 1 room.
Some wood rot on the exterior fascia.
A cracked window.
Exposed sub floor in a closet area.
If the home appraises higher than the sales price, even with these problems, will I still be required to repair these items per FHA before the loan is closed?
