What are some controversial supreme court cases?

I'm writing making a poster on a supreme court case, where i'm supposed to show both sides of the argument and side with one. Thing is, I'm terrible at this kind of stuff. What are some cases that are really controversial where there's a lot to debate about?

That has been met with widespread criticism since it has been decided Or, Hamdi v. Rumsfeld, 542 U.S. 507 (2004), held the government may detain enemy combatants without trial indefinitely, but US citizens have the right to challenge their detention in the courts.

One of the most controversial cases in history probably would be Roe V Wade. It is about abortion.

you can probably research it on google . Or you can research it at the library.
