Can we afford to keep allowing illegal aliens to commit tax fraud,13 million dollars worth?
How many other illegals do you believe are committing tax fraud and getting back returns from IRS they do not deserve?
Is this a good reason that e-verify should be used in tax preparation?
So you believe illegals have paid this much in taxes to get a return?
Is this why our government has no money for services that Americans need, such as education for our children etc...?

Ten people illegally in the United States pleaded guilty for their involvement in a four-year, $13 million fraud against the Internal Revenue Service, acting U.S. Attorney Kevin F. McDonald said Thursday.
Nine defendants pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and for entering the United States without authorization, Assistant U.S. Attorney David C. Stephens told The Greenville News .
The 10th defendant pleaded guilty to mail fraud and illegal entry, Stephens said. Senior U.S. District Judge G. Ross Anderson Jr. accepted the pleas and will sentence the defendants later.
“This is the largest tax fraud case that I’m aware of ever occurring in the district of South Carolina,” Stephens said. “This is an extraordinarily serious, large case.”
McDonald said that between 2006 and November 2009, two tax preparation businesses, Seguros Internacionales, operating in Spartanburg and Forest City, N.C., and Poz Servicios Para Hispanos, operating in Boiling Springs, along with affiliated individuals filed more than 10,000 federal income tax returns claiming more than $22 million in refunds.
The IRS paid approximately $13 million in refunds before criminal investigators discovered most of the returns filed were fraudulent, McDonald said.
Seguros Internacionales and Poz Servicios Para Hispanos have been shut down, he said.
Agents estimate at least 20 people were involved in operating the scheme in which tax preparers knowingly claimed tax credits or deductions to which filers weren’t entitled, McDonald said.
One tax credit improperly claimed on a majority of the false returns was for child care expenses, prosecutors said. The credit can result in a refund even if no taxes were paid, prosecutors said.
Of the 10 people pleading guilty Thursday, nine were “runners” who solicited others to have their returns falsely prepared and then assisted them in getting their refund checks cashed, Stephens said.
McDonald identified them as Edgar Carrillo-Borjas, Miguel Angel Carrillo-Borjas, David Hernandez-Juarez, Ariana Canseco-Orozco, Maribel Juan-Orozco, Cristina Sanchez-Perez, Juan Carlos Carrillo-Roy, Carlos Carrillo-Rodriguez, all of Mexico, and Luis Gerardo Mora-Vargas, of Costa Rica.
The 10th person, Omar Maldonado-Cardenas, of Mexico, had an active role running the day-to-day operations at Seguros Internacionales for two years, McDonald said.
He said two other people in the case pleaded guilty in federal court earlier this year to obstruction of justice.
Juan Manuel Galban Ortega and Rodolfo Magana Escoto, both of Mexico, admitted burning documents and records associated with Seguros Internacionales, according to McDonald and federal court records.
On Nov. 17, approximately 100 law enforcement agents served search warrants and conducted interviews at various locations throughout the Upstate in connection with the investigation, McDonald said.
According to prosecutors, the 12 people who were convicted remain in federal custody and are awaiting sentencing. They face maximum penalties ranging from five to 20 years. All will be deported after completing their sentences, prosecutors said.
In connection with the case, five more people were arrested this week and charged with conspiring to defraud the United States, according prosecutors and court records.
Those arrested included Yolanda Poz of Boiling Springs, Lisa Mendoza of Spartanburg, Teresa Bravo of Pacolet, and Ashley Moore of Forest City, according to McDonald and court records. A fifth person was arrested Thursday, Stephens said.
None could be reached for comment.
The investigation is ongoing, and more charges are likely, McDonald said.
He said the case is being investigated by agents from the IRS, the United States Postal Inspection Service, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

.Unfortunately this is not the only case. This is quite common among the illegal alien supporters. Who would have ever thought that Spanish would be competing with English. That American culture would be despised and even accused of racism.
You do not have to go very far to see this in play. Look at this board here anything that we post is censored while the pro illegals post pretty much whatever they want. Pro illegal aliens have to go way overboard before something is done.
We have the highest unemployment rate since the Great Depression. All we can think about is committing more fraud and helping invaders commit fraud. I do not think the Constitution allows for any of this. This is all completely Unconstitutional yet it is done every single day.
We have a Candidate that wants to bring us back to the Constitution and he is the strongest Republican Candidate there is. Unfortunately the mainstream media and even the Republicans don't want him to win.
He speaks for the American people not the party lines so you know our government cannot have any of that.
Ron Paul is that candidate.
Now Yahoo! Censor Popular Support For Ron Paul
ABC forced to address Texas Congressman's campaign, but remain silent on why they scrubbed him from online poll
Prison Planet | May 8, 2007
Paul Joseph Watson
Yahoo! News have become the latest establishment media outlet to ignore and censor Ron Paul's presidential campaign, despite the fact that he won Thursday night's GOP debate hands down, according to an overwhelming majority that voted for him in online polls.
Yahoo! News' 2008 Presidential election coverage page features a list of candidates from both Democrat and Republican parties, but fails to list Ron Paul, despite the fact that he easily trounced the likes of Sam Brownback, Mike Huckabee and Duncan Hunter - who are featured, in every online poll since Thursday's debate.
No room for Ron Paul at Yahoo! Only establishment shill Republicrats and Democons allowed.
MySpace users are also claiming that bulletins expressing support for Ron Paul are being blocked and that prominent supporters of Paul's campaign are having their accounts suspended.
ABC News were swamped with furious e mails and calls over the weekend after they deliberately scrubbed Ron Paul from their online poll , ensuring no one could vote for him. After he was reinstated, the Congressman received thousands of votes and won the poll at a canter.
What we are witnessing is a deliberate effort to poo-poo Ron Paul's chances to ensure that he has no chance - this is a chicken and egg scenario. If Ron Paul was afforded as much coverage as Giuliani and Romney he would have a real shot of becoming President - but the military-industrial complex that owns the media are loathe to allow that because Paul is a true anti-war Jeffersonian paleoconservative and he represents the people.
We couldn't possibly have a President that represented the people now could we! Only a compromised slimeball shill pre-approved and selected by the anointed ones and their mouthpiece hacks in the corporate media.

Whatever happen to human rights, if you stop and think about we grant illegals more rights the country they left. They supporters should be asking Mexico this question. Why should the parents poor life decisions making have to become my problem and use of my tax dollars. They have a human right to have kids, but there also is a moral obligation for the parent to start understanding, this country is broke, we owe trillions, millions of Americans have lost everything they have worked all their lives for. I for one want to know, if the illegals are having problems just supporting themselves, where do they come up with the idea , that their parenting problems are now America's problem. The family due to income issues do turn to public assistance and they are draining the system and one day it will not be there anymore.Illegals are coming here by the millions , having kids they cannot support and it becomes more of a burden to us and their solution is let their problems become America's problems. I find the parents put their children into these situations on purpose .. They get free breakfasts/lunches/ free school supplies/ free medical insurance through Medicaid and the parents depend on these groups to provide for their kids for the next 18 years and then want to extend it to include a free college education.Their since of entitlement is making this country burst apart

Not all illegals come here to stay. A couple of years ago, there was a story about an East Texas onion farmer who was paying his illegals $12 an hour. They would come across the border and stay about four months out of the year. his was a $4 million a year business and the guy would also send part of the workers pay back home to their families in Mexico. But ICE shows up one day and arrests all the illegals. Now the whole crop is sitting in a field waiting to be picked.
Illegals do the jobs that native born American feel are too degrading to do. Next time you go to the supermarket, take a look at the produce section. The majority of that was picked by illegals.
Or next time you buy a house, guess who poured the cement for that driveway or sidewalk. Guess who installed the tar paper on the roof in the blazing heat.
Illegals make up more than $75 billion a year for Uncle Sam's coffers. About $22 billion of that gets sent back home. And I don't just mean Mexico. My question is;where the heck is the rest of that money?

Gather all illegals up and throw them back where they came from and we will have no more of this. And illegals don't work on houses here or pick the produce where I live. I will not buy if it says from Mexico. I don't want them defecating on my food.

So what you are saying is.....Bankers can steal our BILLIONS because they are legal, but these people who had deductions taken out of their paycheck and are "ILLEGAL" therefore they are not allowed to try to get their money back..
Look I agree on what they did is wrong no doubt about that, but common people get your priorities straight... don't be so blinded by hate they you are screwing yourselves and not even know it.
Look at Bernard Madoff...He took 50 BILLION....FIFTY BILLION OF OUR DOLLARS...and I don't see you complaining.
or how about the Spa treatments that cost us about 500,000 per person from crooked Bankers
or those HUGE bonuses they gave themselves..here is a quote...
AIG announces additional employee bonuses valued at $165 million, "as part of a larger total payout reportedly valued at $450 million."
here's a quote from the NYT
Adding Up the Government’s Total Bailout Tab
Beyond the $700 billion bailout known as TARP, which has been used to prop up banks and car companies, the government has created an array of other programs to provide support to the struggling financial system.
10 "illegals" tried to get their money back and
1 person STEALS 50 BILLION from us..
and you rather go after 22 million that where deducted from their check anyway, they had to be deducted or else they would not be trying to file a return...
WOW this is why our country is going in the wrong direction, because of mentalities like yours.
Man do you have your priorities WRONG !!!!!

do they not breed like rabbits for the same reasons? the tax credits? we all know how dependant they are on our social programs. if they were only permitted to have children that they could afford---or put them in foster care---dont you think it would stop the overpopulation.....one day the world will no longer be able to sustain all these people.....perhaps that is when God's hand will move and people will die.
