Paranoia is a thought process heavily influenced by anxiety or fear, often to the point of irrationality and delusion. Paranoid thinking typically includes persecutory beliefs concerning a perceived threat towards oneself.
It was used to describe a mental illness in which a delusional belief is the sole or most prominent feature.
In modern psychiatry, paranoia is diagnosed in the form of:
paranoid personality disorder
paranoid schizophrenia (a subtype of schizophrenia)
persecutory delusions (a subtype of delusional disorder).
Try to maintain a trusting relationship with someone that you definitely know you can trust. This could be you mother or any other family member or it could be your best friend. If you feel like you can't trust any of these people talk to your doctor. Doctors have special training to listen to your problems and, when appropriate, refer you to a psychiatrist.A psychiatrist can help find the cause of the paranoia. You can try to help yourself but you have a better chance of treating the paranoia if you see a medical professional.
Take care as always!!

The best way to cure paranoia, based on my personal experiences, is to eat a cat that has been steamed slowly and seasoned lightly with pepper and salt.

Rationalize everything. Assume nothing but most importantly, accept more and more on a surface level.
