The geography and climates of Medieval Europe are the same today as they were then.
The climate doesn't change.
Mountains and rivers are still the same place.
Are you really asking about borders?
Borders changed all the times.
Countries comes and go.
I had a neighbor who was born and raised in a country that stopped exiting after WWII.
As for the economics and social structure of Europe ....... the economy and soical structure for Medieval England was very different than Medieval Italy.
Medieval Italy very different than Medieval Germanic tribes.
Also, you are asking about a time period that lasted 1000 years. Aprox 500AD to 1500AD
To study economy and soical structure you will have to be specific and go country to country, region to region, ethnic group to ethnic group .....over different time period, every couple of hundred years.
If you wish to se the huge developement and changed of borders, I found and awesome website of MAPS - unfortunantly real maps didn't happen along until the 1500's but it will gie you and idea.
The Middle Ages included the first sustained urbanization of northern and western Europe. Many modern European countries owe their origins to events and trends in the Middle Ages; present European political boundaries are, in many regards, the result of the military and dynastic outcomes during this period.
To understand the social structure you need to begin with the Breakdown of Roman society to the control of the Church and monasticism.
Here is a map of Europe at the start of the Dark Ages.
Some later maps with major changes
