How long do tax cuts stimulate the economy?

I hear conservatives giving Reagan all the claim for Clinton's economy...

yet, wouldn't that mean that we're in Bush's economy now and this is a result of his tax cuts?

Update:

also, side question... was Bush's lowest unemployment rates before or after his cuts?

Tax cuts for the rich make the economy worse than taxing them. That's clearly proven here: http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=who+is+better+for...

Tax cuts for middle and poor people work great. I guess it depends on how you implement the tax cuts. If they're tax cuts like the did in the receovery act, they'll work as long as you implement them. If it's a check for $600, it will work for a month or two.
