I have severe body aches, nausea, no fever, lack of appetite/thirst and stomach cramps, what could this be?

i have taken ibuprofen and pain killers, neither of which work. i am female.

    Sounds like a food-borne illness...food poisoning. Should last no more than one or two days and may involve diarrhea at some point. Take in lots of liquids and let it ride its course. If a fever develops then it could be time to call your GP.

    Probably a virus. That is what the doctor will tell you.
