90s were ok. You kids are so cute. I can remember Stevie Wonder doing 'Fingertips' on Ed Sullivan and later on Marvin Gaye singing 'Take This Heart of Mine' a few years later. The things I've seen.

BQ - wouldn't change for the world

Dude, I miss the 90's so bad! Everything was just better back then. And like you mentioned - people back in the 90's were more interested in being themselves instead of only "fitting in" at whatever cost.

I was born in 1991, so I remember the late 90's and the early 00's very well. I'm quite happy being a 90's kid, but I also think the 70's are interesting. I see pictures from when mom was young and everything looked cool then too! I'm not a big fan of the 80's, and the 60's are too far back for me.

I'm from Norway, so artists/songs that were popular here then were:

Baby One More Time by Britney Spears. (But I guess that one went all over the world.)

If anyone ever builds a time machine I am totally going back to the 90's. Without a doubt! It was so cheesy and uncool it ended up being awesome.

I miss the 90's growing up as a kid. Everything was so ON POINT and people seemed like people. The musicians were themselves, TV shows were actually meant to enjoy and learn a lesson. Now a days eveything is about money money money. No one does anything from the heart anymore. People try to emulate what they see on TV and everyone is so flashy. During th 90's you could be yourself. You didnt have to have a certain status to get approval. Now you have to talk the talk and walk the walk in order to get noticed. You gotta look like ur some elite person for people to accept you. I miss when times were just simple. The 1900's were great period. The 90's just went out with a bang. That was the last decade for individuality. Long live the 90's

Yeah I know what you mean.

I was born in the year 1992 so im a early 90's baby lol and so I can remember a little bit of what it was like, well the style of music and clothes were different back then.

Blonde hair and blunt bangs were still a hit. And for girls, showing your belly button was hott more than what it is now. So back then so many girls wore belly shirts most of the time. and the guys would wear their hair a certain way like this for ex: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x142/Niela_phot...

I know its not the best picture of Nick Carter but I was just trying to show you an example of the hair style that most boys had then. And speaking of Nick Carter the, "Backstreet Boys and Nysync" were so popular then, they danced and would sing and you never see boy bands now at least not like that anymore and I hate that. ill show you a video of what i ment about boy bands dancing and singing...heres a video. http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x142/Niela_phot...

    http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x142/Niela_phot...

any of those videos would be good, I wish there were still bands like this. Music has changed so much. What happened to the good music where you HAD to dance to it? Now guys think its corny to dance and sing. BSB were the best! True men right there

What i am saying is that the 90's were more fun and the style was much better than what it is now. and I like the 60's 70's and 80's as well but if i had to choose a year to be born, probably i pick the 70's because i would of loved to be a teenger in the 80s... looked like fun. And the t.v. shows from the 90s were awsome i miss them

To me the 90's were more fun, better society, better style... everything seemed more innocent back then but things have really changed.

I was born in the 70s but grew up in the 80s. I miss the late 80s/early 90s. It was just simpler back then. Nowadays everyone is acting like they're possessed. Wow, I sound like my grandmother lol! I guess every generation says the same thing about the next...

Was a kid in the 90s, wish I could have been born around 1960. I would like to have been a teen in the 70s.

    Yeah my childhood of course.

BQ: This decade because the future holds alot and they are lucky growing with all this cheaply available technology.

Or 1980s seems a bit cool then but not as cool as the 90s

Nope - for me (born '94) the 90's is bad discos, dodgy music and erm...well...

I wish I'd been a teenager in the 60's - BEATLES! =) Plus, I could have lived through the 70's and 80's (apart from the whole Cold War thing)...

    yes

I was born in 1985. I miss the music from the 90s and the TV shows.

BQ: I'd keep the decade the same.
