Is it advisable for editors to shift from print media to digital media?
Hi friends,
We are running our recruitment firm and we are hiring for LPO, KPO, and other sectors.
Currently i am dealing with senior editor position for a financial news website.
I came across various resumes and most of them were found to be from print media.
So, I just want to ask that is it advisable to hire editors from print media for digital media?
Whether they will be capable to handle this challenging position ?
Please reply as soon as possible .
Waiting for a favorable response...
Thanks and regards
