henrietta lacks cells?
Yeah yeah they're immortal blah blah blah.
MY question is are they cancerous?

Human cells that are immortal are by definition cancerous. The reason HeLa cells can grow forever is because they originated from a cancer. Most human cells have a limit to the number of times they can divide (The Hayflick limit) this is not true with cancers, and this is part of why they grow out of control.
