No, the language spoken in Lebanon,Syria and Palesine is not pure arabic , each one of these countries has its different language. The 3 languages have the same basis, the pure arabic basis.
the reason why it is different is because of the phoeniciens who lived in these contries and were traders whose language was affected by all the countries they traded with. so there is no telling what kind of language mixture these 3 countries have, what is certain is that they speak pure arabic and their own arabic so if your planing on going their and you only know how to speak pure arabic , don't worry they can speak it.
