Can you keep leopard geckos and African fat-tailed geckos in the same enclosure?

Assuming that the enclosure is adequate, will these two species coexist?

AFTs need higher humidity than leos do.

Too high and your leos will suffer nasty respiratory infections, too low and your AFTs will have shedding problems, possibly dehydration and internal problems (cloacal plugs etc) and a number of other issues

although they look similar and grow to a similar size, they are very different animals and would never meet in the wild. These two have very different care requirements, so for the health of the lizards it is better to keep them in separate enclosures :)

Yes you can. Just make sure not to put 2 males together as always. Lol.
