why is obama pushing the heath care bill?
No one wants the heath care bill, it is bad for America and it's people, but Obama is determined to pass it. We already have the best heath care in the world, and when people are sick they come to us. I don't understand the presidents theory. He won't be on many peoples good side if he passes it.
What is your opinion on this case? Please be honest.

President Obama is a Socialist Democrat. Socialist believe that the State (government) is better at running everything. When the former Union of Soviet Socialistic Republics fell. They had no middle level managers that could set production rates for their factories. Production rates were set by Moscow. Who by the way set rates by using the top producing factories. That's like saying everybody has to run as fast a Usain Bolt. I know I can do it. Democrats believe that not only does everyone needs help, but are incapable of helping themselves. It is one of the reasons why they set up a welfare state. They also believe that some people make to much and therefore should give it to the less fortunate among us. Of course they will be the ones to decide. This comes right out of Karl Marx's Communist Manifesto "Each according to his abilities. Each according to his needs". We all know what happen to communism in the former Soviet Union. So the Democrats believe that you are either evil. Because you make too much and therefore should it give away or you are not capable of taking care of yourself and therefore must rely on them. That and he figured that with the "historical change". He had a mandate from the people. Plus a Democratic controlled Congress. Well it turns out that he doesn't have a mandate from the people and the votes he is looking for is in his own party. It is the Republican Party that is united.
What really surprise me is that the Democrats gained control of the Congress because they promised to end the war(s) and bring the troops home. Officially or unofficially the US has three wars running: Afghanistan, Iraq, and Korea. Yep, technically the Korean War did not end. No peace treaty has been signed. Obama ran on a platform that it was the worse economy since the Great Depression. His words, not mine. The unemployment rate at least 10%. Which means that 1 out of every 10 Americans is out of work. During the Great Depression that figured reached 25%. Meaning that 1/4 of the population that could work. Couldn't find work. Who knows maybe President Obama might be right after all, but it will take place during his administration. Yet instead of trying to end the war and bring the troops home. Which President Obama can do as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces or finding ways to put Americans back to work. They are tying their entire political futures to what should be a lost cause. It is one thing when the other side (Republicans) say it is a bad thing. It is something entirely different when members of your own party and the majority of Americans say it's a bad thing.
There are two things that I should point out. First, is that these are my opinions. They are based upon my own observations and circumstances. Yours may and probably are different. Second, I am Republican/Conservative with Libertarian leanings. I believe that you are better suited to make decisions that will effect your life. Then any government. I believe more as been accomplished by individuals. Then any group, government, or organization.

OK you asked for honesty, so here it comes.
Many, many people want the health care bill. It is good for every american who now, or in the future will have a preexisting condition, who may become unemployed at any point, for students and children, and especially for the disabled.
We may well have the best doctors and hospitals in the world, but they are being over run with people who are forced to use ERs as their primary care doctor. Insurance companies are dictating the care the doctors can provide, and denying treatment to people. This is wrong. America is the only industrialized country in the world who doesn't have some kind of national insurance. When did we stop caring about our fellow country men??
The President isn't in this to make friends or to be on people's good side. He believes in this strongly, and wants it to pass.
The problem lies in all the myths, misinformation and outright lies being spread by those against the bill. Just reading here is enough to show you how little people understand about the bill.
Bring on the thumbs down, but I was honest

Because he's a psychopath and does not genuinely care for the people of this country. He was not even born in this country. It is a fact he was born in Kenya. It is also a fact that he forged his birth certivicat. It's also a fact that his mother renounced his citizenship and her own when he was a child. It is a fact that he lied and snaked his way into this country and up to the top. Now he's going to bring it down from the bottom up so that it wil be only him.

Some people do want the Health Care Bill, some people don't. Some lower class jobs which make up America don't get Health Care, or can't afford it. It's the best if you can afford it, if you poor or don't have a good job you're left out to die if you get sick or injured.

because he has nothing better to do being president, so he has to go out and constantly campaign for everything, because we're not fighting 2 wars, we're not going broke, we're not losing jobs, and because this Health Care Bill will not spend 940 Billion American dollars that the government does not have but the people do. thats why
