Congratulations!! If you got into UCLA at all, pat yourself on the back - this year, the acceptance rate was like 8%, on par with Harvard's. Though UCLA and Cal are part of the same system, the admissions are totally separate, so there's no direct correlation (other than a rebuttable presumption of a decent shot since you already got into UCLA). However, Cal is historically a little more stringent, so I'd classify that as a strong maybe possibility.
Brown and Cornell are private, of course, and normally have higher acceptance rates than UCLA did this year. Admissions is an art, rather than a science, so a lot of super qualified kids don't get in, and it's no comment on how accomplished you are - it's just that they don't have room for all the very successful applicants. I do not envy admissions officers their job! The results seem to be completely arbitrary sometimes. However, you certainly are a very strong candidate, so I wouldn't be surprised if you got into these two as well.
