Business seems like the perfect major for you, since you will need business savvy to make your way in the world of music or fashion. It's not clear why you dropped that major. If you are planning to work in fashion or music (or any other field really), you will need to learn to do your thing professionally even if people you don't like are in the room or in the company. This principle may apply to attending that other college, also. Are you able to spend a summer interning in New York or LA? That could help you make connections leading to a full-time job after you graduate -- but you must graduate from college to make most jobs realistically possible.
