I would like to know if there is anything outside of marijuana that would cause you to have high THC levels?

No, marijuana is the only substance that contains THC.

K2 (fake or "stealth" weed.... its chemically almost identical to marijuana, but different enough that it is legal in many areas still... although, only because they dont know about it. There was a story in my area where they are trying to push through bills to criminalize it along with marijuana)

Did they really measure thc, or did they measure metabolites? Though debatable and rare in real life incidents, it is possible for other narcotics and even non narcotics to produce metabolites that are similar enough to thc metabolites to cause a false positive.
