材  料】

豬肉絲 50公克

青蔥 1支

雞蛋 2顆

冷凍三色豆 30公克

白飯 300公克

【調 味 料】

鹽 1小匙

白胡椒粉 1小匙

【醃  料】

鹽 少許

太白粉 1小匙

【做  法】

1.青蔥洗淨切成蔥花;冷凍三色豆放入滾水中汆燙約30秒鐘,撈出瀝乾水份;雞蛋打入碗中攪散;備用。

2.豬肉絲放入大碗中,加入所有醃料拌勻,醃約10分鐘備用。

3.熱鍋倒入適量油燒熱,倒入蛋汁以中火炒熟,加入豬肉絲翻炒至均勻變色,續加入白飯拌炒至飯粒均勻鬆散,最後加入所有調味料、蔥花與冷凍三色豆炒勻即可。

    【Approach】

    1.

    Green wash, and cut green onion; frozen tri-color beans into the

    boiling water in the hot boil for about 30 seconds, remove and drain;

    eggs, stir powder into a bowl; standby.

    2. Pork wire into a large bowl, add all the marinade and mix well, marinate for about 10 minutes to spare.

    Heat a wok into the amount of oil, pour egg to fry in the fire, add

    pork and stir fry to a uniform color silk, renewal by adding rice to a
