Well, first of all you have to fix windows registry in order to run a system scan with an anti-malware program. Otherwise it will probably block any attempt to install any antivirus software. Full details on how to fix registry and remove XP Internet Security 2010 virus for free on the link below. Good luck!

Some instruction here"
Internet Security 2010 is a rogue anti-spyware program that is installed through the use of malware. Once installed, Internet Security will be configured to start automatically when you login to Windows. It will then scan your computer and display numerous infections, but will not remove anything until you purchase the program. These infections, though, are all fake and are only being shown to trick you into thinking you are infected so that you then purchase the program. It goes without saying that you should definitely not purchase this program.

You will want to start your computer in safe mode with networking (when you turn computer on, repeatedly press F8; will give you the boot options). Download Panda Cloud Antivirus (#1 free AV program) http://www.cloudantivirus.com/en/
Also download MalwareBytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Before installing Panda, MAKE SURE that there is no real antivirus program on your computer (e.g. Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.) as two antivirus programs will conflict with each other.
