Eating between Meals

Introduction

Eating between meals, we can not eat too much to effect our appetite for dinner.In fact, it is not entirely do not eat any snacks.We can still eat some healthy snacks,without feeling any guilt furthermore, without gainging weight.

Body

People prefer to eat more than they need; as a result, we are not only becoming fatter, but also get sick easily.Some people who quit smoking are accustomed to nibbling on something,like cracker when they feel nervous.Other people who feel sad or depressed about something might eat between meals.

However, we still can change our diet between meals.

For example, we can enjoy eating fruits and vegetables which we can eat anywhere and get conveniently.

Conclusion

To sum up, if you want to have a healthy eating habit, you have to think and to make a plan.
