Is there any kind of chart anywhere for drug interactions?

I'm talking about a giant chart with drugs on two axes, and the interaction between the drugs -- does this exist?

Update:

I'm aware of the checker, but I am looking for something more like a chart - analog.

Also, I think a pharmacist would be more appropriate than a physician for assessing drug interactions. All you get is a semester of pharmacology and a lifetime of drug reps. Pharmacy students study this stuff for three years. Healthcare is a team effort chief.

Drugs.com has a drug interactions checker at: http://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php . It should be fairly accurate, but to be safe you should consult with a physician.
