It's very dangerous about driving in Taiwan. There are always so many cars, and you may see them driving as snack oftenly. There're car accidents happening constantly. Every year, so many thousands of people die because of drunk driving. There's one way to solve this issue about those bad drivers is cast more serious punishment on them. Their driver licenses will be canceled permanently if they don't obey the traffic rule again. I know it sounds so serious, but I really believe we could improve the traffic in TW inly if we do in this way.

Driving in Taiwan is very dangerous. There are always a lot of cars, and you will often see cars snaking on the street. Accidents are always happening. Every year, thousands of people die from drunk driving. One method of solving this problem (of bad drivers可以省略) is to issue a bigger fine, or more serious punishment. If they continue to break traffic rules, their licenses should be revoked. I know that this sounds quite severe, but I believe this is the only way for us to improve Taiwan's roads (這個比traffic適合).
I agree with you. Drunk driving, or "driving under the influence" (DUI) is a big problem in the States also. What's even worse is that a drunk driver can accidentally run over and kill a pedestrian, or kill others in an accident, and their jail sentences are usually only a few years at best. This is pathetic. I wonder what the punishment is in Taiwan when a drunk driver ends up killing someone.Source(s): 我是美國人
