Well, biomes' names usually relate to both their climates and their types of flora. So for instance, temperate places (middle temperatures) have their own biomes, and cold places have their own, and hot places have their own. There are tropical broadleaf AND temperate broadleaf biomes, considered completely different from each other. Sea levels change naturally and regularly because of tides and whatnot. (Tides actually pull the level of the ocean toward the moon as it spins round the Earth, so the water level gets thicker at those points and thinner at others.) I don't know if you mean manmade climate change instead of the natural kind, but the Earth's temperature rises and falls in large swings over the course of time, and this affects water. (Think about how water expands as it freezes, then imagine the whole oceans shrinking or expanding as it got colder or warmer.) Most people argue that long term climate change is a result of the sun growing hotter or the ozone layer and atmosphere deteriorating. About the ozone layer, you can argue that the change is or is not manmade. Hope this helps get your motor running!
