will jello lose it's shape out of the mold?

Have a jello in a textured mold (brain), need to make another. Do you think the first one will lose it's shape if it isn't in the mold? Need to serve tomorrow afternoon.

Make sure it stays cold before serving.

If your still concerned add 1 packet of

unflavored gelatin while the liquid is

still hot. It won't change the flavor

    just the consistency.

It will start to melt if it gets too warm, but if you keep it chilled there should be no problem. I had a teacher bring in a jello brain once and it was a big hit. They even added some milk to the mix so the brain would have a pinkish opaque look to it.

Just get a rectangular one. Then try to grab the jello from the upper right corner when freeing it from the pan for the irregular look on the corner-your hand will roughen it up there.

Nope. It's jello. Just keep it chilled and it will keep it's shape.

As long as it's set and cold it will hold its shape
