    Inhibition = 有所顧忌

    我只能說如果您只用英漢字典學,真的能學到的東西很有限。除非您有大量閱讀過很多東西。許多題目光靠「以前看過」的感覺就能正確回答。

    雖然我這樣說,可是我第一次做您給的題目時,32題我也是做錯。去查英英字典後才知道。

    看到您打的「provoke不是也有引起,激起,導致的意思」就覺得您只看英漢字典當然會不知所以然。

    建議買個Longman英英字典(會附電腦版的光碟)。以後有問題自已查。總比在這邊發問費時費力又被人誤導好的多了。

    provoke - 英英的解釋,第一個定義 我覺得翻成 「挑起」(討論、批評、抗議、辯論等)。主要是由引起對方心理上的情緒而產生某某行動。

    第二個定義我覺得可以翻成 挑釁。
