關於Kolter分析顧客與消費者的差別 誰知道資料來源嗎?

現在在寫論文,文獻的變數有提到消費者與顧客,因為在一個變數中同時用到此兩個名詞,但此兩名詞定義基本上有些許不同,為了怕產生寫作上的錯誤,老師希望我找到關於解釋消費者與顧客之異同的文獻來作註解,老師提到了Kolter這名行銷學的專家有對此做過解釋,但我不知道從何找起,想問一下有沒有人有過類似的情況,然後知道是Kolter的哪本書或是PAPER,有提到顧客與消費者的異同。希望有人可以提供我書或是PAPER的名稱與年分,可以方便我搜尋。更好的話要是有人手上有我想要的書寫的資料的話,可以直接PO上來內容, 感激不盡。點數必定奉上。
