Oh man! All three of them are just sources of stupidity and for laughter.

I like the dog-kissing one the most. I didn't even know the police dog was THAT protected by the police laws.

Here is one "funny" or "rare" case I found online,

-Englishman Found in Barn Sitting on Pile of Manure Masturbating!

An Englishman David Truscott was found sitting on a pile of manure masturbating, when the farm owner found him. He was arrested for violating a restraining order from the family who's barn he broke into.
