Yes, The phone is mine........as I buy it to my son as he has health problem, that 's why I need to know his location everytime. When sometimes he feels bad,he just a botton,then I will know where he is.

Due to privacy issue, what you have said is technically possible, but not legally unless:
1. A court order or warrant has been authorized such activities.
2. You are the primary holder on the account (even the phone is used by someone else). At the same thing, the carrier must provide such service, such as Sprint/Nextel and AT&T.
