Pediatrics, medicine, and premed are not majors. To become a pediatrician, you need to start with a 4-year college degree. Major in anything and take the premed classes in bio, chem, physics, math, and English. You can do this at any 4-year college or university, including the ones you listed. After college, you'd apply to med school at another university. Then after med school, you'd do a 3+ year residency in pediatrics. You don't need to find a university or program specializing in pediatrics until after med school.

Pediatrics is a medical residency taken after you earn your M.D. All the colleges you named give fine preparation for medical school.
