Help with a SWOT analysis please?
Hey, can anyone help me out with a SWOT analysis of two similar companies.
Unfortunately i'm not too sure how to go about this. I was thinking two similar companies like Tesco and Sainsburys, but I am unsure of how to use the SWOT analysis to compare them both, which is my task. I know that SWOT means strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats, but does anyone know what I can write for each one of these for the two companies?
Can anyone help?

why not write about pepsi and coke?
Coke
S: worldwide brand
W: Only involved in drink biz
O: Emerging global markets - China, India, South America, Mars, :)
T: Decline in consumer demand (less sugary drinks, etc.)
Pepsi
S: 2nd in high impact market
W: bad marketing startegies
O: Expands into other markets (already has)
T: See above
Just elaborate on those
