Unfortunately No. The driver robot looks for what drivers you need or need updating then goes out to the internet to find and get the best one for the job for your computer, downloads and installs it. Because each computer is different and there are a large number of drivers for all kinds of things, it would be impossible to have them all downloaded and available, and it would be a massive file on top of that.
Now it is possible that the driver that's needed is already on your computer and the driver robot may find it locally on your own computer and fix it there, but it's hard to say for sure without trying it. So give it a shot and see what happens. The worst it will do is say it needs an internet connection to finish.
If you previously had an audio device installed and working, then there may be something else going on besides a missing driver, like a program conflict, a malfunctioning piece of hardware or something as easy as a setting needs changed.
Best of luck.
