you could easily grill them
i would probably mix them up with a little lemon juice, and seafood seasoning. if you don't have that, you could probably come up with your own mix using garlic powder, paprika, and perhaps some other herbs you have on hand. I would also add a bit of butter, but if you don't want to then leave it out.
let them sit for a minute to soak up some flavors, then put them on a skewer and grill em :)
