Although humanity as a whole has progressed greatly through co-operation, and generally working together.
They are those who want things such as segregation to no longer be a thing of the past.

Sadly all races have individuals and or groups who would deem their race superior and other races inferior.

The more recognised term for these people are racists.
Some individuals just silently hate and pass on such hatred and mistaken views on to any off spring that they might have. not really posing a danger to anyone (acts of violence)

While other groups rally people (most likely of the same race) to their cause, a popular means of recruitement is imigration.

While these individuals/groups just seem to spread hate, some of them send out a message, urging others to violence, others are training and arming themselves, for due to their beliefs that their race is being bred out of existence, or is in some sort of danger.

a term that has come up is "lone wolves"

These individuals/groups could then go out and perform acts of violence at times murder.

Though ignoring these individuals/groups would not be a good thing, whatever peoples opinions on the Nazi's they began as a small group, until they amassed power, power enough to impliment their ideals, on the rest of the world.

That is what these racists do not have. Power. Granted they are racist political parties, but they do not really have much say in how their nation is run.

Although it seems like a "what if" type question, one can not ignore that oppressive people have risen to power and implimented their own ideals.

Bi-racial people have received both positive and negative stereotypes, from their own races (whatever race their are mixed between). or other races.

War is often fuelled by hate, fear, misunderstanding. (I acknowledge that they are many elements that instigate wars) At times it takes a few incidents to spark of such feelings.
